The Energy team currently offer SAP, NHER & EPC certificates as required under the current Scottish Building Regulations.
An EPC is valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
An EPC is required whenever you rent out or sell a property.
IQA Utilities are registered with BRE to issue EPCs.
